Account Executive
Account Executives at Converseon are responsible for the execution of tactics on accounts. Typically an AE will have 2-3 accounts, playing a major role on one or more of these.
Skills:
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage up and down
- Ability to execute online strategies for our clients with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills; must be able to write and present project documents
- Experience with social media communities and tools, personally and professionally, including blogging, video sharing, photo sharing, micro-blogging, podcast/video projects, wikis, etc.
- Good time management skills; can juggle numerous projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates an understanding of client budgets and can adjust work and time accordingly
- Understanding of social media analytics
Responsibilities:
- Manages the project timeline and executes on appropriate tasks
- Directs Jr. AE on account and manages any interns assigned to accounts
- Develops and presents campaign reports
- Research opportunities for client interaction in social media venues
- Under the direction of the Sr. Account Executive/Director, executes online media outreach campaigns – research blogs, online communities, forums and other online environments to develop relationships and reach out to these communities in support of client objectives
- Develop podcasts, blogs and other online materials in support of client objectives
- Assist in setting-up and maintaining social media properties, such as Twitter, Facebook, blogs, on behalf of our clients
- Familiar with the terminology of Statement of Works (SOW), work orders and estimates on behalf of our clients
Requirements:
- Two to three years experience in a similar industry or agency and demonstrated the skills needed for this position
- Technically proficient with MS Office Suite
- Bachelors Degree
