is the former head of the Innovations Group at a division of Young & Rubicam and member of the WPP.com board. Rob founded Converseon in 2001 to provide new, innovative communication solutions designed to help companies meet their business objectives in a digital environment. Rob's twenty years of experience spans public relations, reputation management, search marketing, affiliate marketing and online media/advertising, which has convinced him that markets clearly are "conversations" that require new ways of communicating. He has been involved in digital marketing since 1995. Rob is a frequent speaker at a range of leading industry conferences, including Affiliate Summit and Jupiter Media's Search Engine Strategies Conferences (SES), to help evangelize his message of creative communications innovation.

is an expert in Internet marketing, search technology, Web personalization and Web metrics, who regularly makes speaking appearances. He is the co-author of the best-selling book Search Engine Marketing, Inc. (now in its Second edition) and the author of the acclaimed Internet marketing book, Do It Wrong Quickly: How the Web Changes the Old Marketing Rules. Mike also writes the Biznology newsletter and blog, and columns for Revenue Magazine, Search Engine Guide, Internet Evolution, and WebProNews. Previously Mike spent 30 years at IBM, including eight years leading IBM.com and retiring as an IBM Distinguished Engineer.

oversees all listening and research efforts for clients. He has ten years of research experience across the consumer and B2B sectors. Before joining Converseon he was Client Services Manager at BuzzBack Market Research and prior to this was Head of Primary Research for Datamonitor (Technology) in London. Jasper holds a degree in Law and French Law from the London School of Economics and a Master's in Tax Law from Queen Mary, University of London.

directs the creation and implementation of comprehensive engagement strategies for Converseon's Fortune 500 clients. Constantin is the founder of the NewPR Wiki, a founding fellow of the Society for New Communications Research, and a member of WOMMA's Membership Ethics Advisory Panel. He holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from University of Miami. Prior to coming to the United States, Constantin worked as an assistant to the President's Advisor for Nonprofit Organizations in his home country, Romania.

leads the Strategy & Account Management, Search, Media, and Creative teams at Converseon. Chris has spent more than fifteen years in digital marketing, having come through Ogilvy, RAPP, and Acxiom. He specializes in leading teams that take behavioral insights (conversation and digital action) and turns them into actionable strategies and programs. He’s led the design and development of integrated marketing initiatives with brands such as HP, IBM, American Express, Kohler, J&J, and GSK.

is a pioneer in search marketing, entering this emerging field in 1996 on a foundation of twenty years as a turn-around specialist in multi-channel retail marketing. Ted's expertise in organic search optimization is enhanced by additional strengths in information architecture, website usability, and technical marketing copy. He has consulted successfully with hundreds of businesses in both B2B and B2C markets. His strong track record and communication skills make him a welcome speaker at industry conferences, including PubCon and the elite SEOClass. Since 1999, Ted has served as an administrator and advisory board member for Webmaster World, one of the foremost online forums for organic search optimization experts. He is also a senior editor for Search Engine Marketing Journal, the only peer-reviewed, academic publication for the search marketing industry.
