When one of the world's largest retailers sought a comprehensive understanding of their corporate reputation -- online and off -- Converseon helped them to develop a Corporate Reputation Scorecard that continuously assesses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics across each of the retailers major corporate communications programs. Each program received its own scorecard, in addition to the overall Scorecard, so that executives and communicators at all levels received succinct and timely appraisals of the corporate reputation, root cause insights where needed, and an increased ability to plan future communications that would achieve measurable goals.
