IBM is a globally recognized leader in using social media for marketing, selling and branding. Converseon is a strategic partner to IBM, and helped two IBM Product Areas define their annual investment requirements for social media enablement through a 6-week assessment of social capabilities required to achieve goals in marketing, selling, service and support. Outcomes included broad consensus on the value at stake, actions to take, and the path to achieve desired business goals.
Chris Boudreaux has led Social Capability Diagnostics at global brands including IBM, Univision, Novo Nordisk and Citrix. Chris has also led operational business transformation programs at clients including Boeing and eBay. As our SVP of Business Integration services, Chris also leads our Measurement and Reporting, Enterprise Publishing, and Social Workforce Enablement services.
