Business Development Executive

We for a looking for a self-motivated, high energy, collaborative, and talented candidates to help strengthen the Converseon sales team in the U.S and E.U. s As a Business Development Representative, you will be working with an aim to drive the company’s rapid growth through acquiring new leads for the sales process and closing the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Help generating qualified leads through strategic outreach supported by our marketing team   This includes researching key verticals and target decision makers
· Committing to and delivering on an agreed volume of outbound cold emails, cold calls, social selling, as well as fast and appropriate response or triage of inbound leads.
· Identify how Converseon solutions can benefit target clients
· Prepare and present new business capabilities and proposals, assisted by Converseon solutions and pre-sales engineering team
· Ultimately, close new business.
· Supporting other team members with their work as needed, and asking them to support you when needed, even if outside the scope of the other responsibilities included above.

· Articulate, concise, clear, and confident in written and verbal communication.  Able to reach out and connect with people over phone and email.

Other requirements:
· 1-2 years’ sales experience
· Experience CRM, sales outreach, account entry, and lead qualification
· Bachelors’ degree
· Some knowledge of market research, data science, natural language processing and/or analytics is helpful.
