Rob Key Photo Rob Key, CEO/Founder, is the former head of the Innovations Group at a division of Young & Rubicam and member of the WPP.com board. Rob founded Converseon in 2001 to provide new, innovative communication solutions designed to help companies meet their business objectives in a digital environment.

Rob's twenty years of experience spans public relations, reputation management, search marketing, affiliate marketing and online media/advertising, which has convinced him that markets clearly are "conversations" that require new ways of communicating. He has been involved in digital marketing since 1995.

Rob is a frequent speaker at a range of leading industry conferences, including Affiliate Summit and Jupiter Media's Search Engine Strategies Conferences (SES), to help evangelize his message of creative communications innovation.

 

Jeff DoakJeff Doak, CTO, is responsible for conception and development of proprietary Converseon software products, including eResponder and Conversation Mining. Prior to joining Converseon, he was CTO at Kowabunga Technologies for 10 years and, later, Director of Product Management for Think Partnership. Both positions allowed him to develop and manage customized, innovative enterprise-level network marketing software for hundreds of clients. He holds a degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Tech University incorporating science, applied mathematics/statistics, cultural studies, and philosophy of communication and rhetoric. Jeff strives to integrate ideas and methods from various disciplines to create software that allows users to explore, learn and communicate in innovative ways.

 

Mike MoranMike Moran, Chief Strategist, is an expert in Internet marketing, search technology, Web personalization and Web metrics, who regularly makes speaking appearances. He is the co-author of the best-selling book Search Engine Marketing, Inc. (now in its Second edition) and the author of the acclaimed Internet marketing book, Do It Wrong Quickly: How the Web Changes the Old Marketing Rules. Mike also writes the Biznology newsletter and blog, and columns for Revenue Magazine, Search Engine Guide, Internet Evolution, and WebProNews. Previously Mike spent 30 years at IBM. including eight years leading IBM.com, retiring as an IBM Distinguished Engineer.

 

Craig DaitchCraig Daitch, Senior Vice President of Activation, is a leading mobile and emerging media strategist who directs engagement activities for Converseon’s Agency Services Group. Prior to joining Converseon, Craig directed Social Media for RAPP’s North American business unit in New York and led the development of Measure2X, a joint venture between two Omnicom agencies: RAPP and Alcone Marketing Group, where his clients included Mattel, Bayer, Nike, and Porsche of America. Before his time with Measure2X, Craig led the emerging media practice at Digitas and the new media practice for PHD, an Omnicom company. In addition to his agency experience, Craig founded Simplewire, an SMS infrastructure and software provider, and Eiko, an emerging media consultancy which was acquired by Double Fusion in 2004. Craig is a regular contributor to AdAge as a guest blogger for their DigitalNEXT column, manages his own pop culture social news site, hipstr.com, and has been an honored guest of Stern's College of Business as a speaker on new media.

 

Chris BoudreauxChris Boudreaux, Senior Vice President of Management Consulting, helps leading brands to redesign business processes, improve data integration, and implement effective governance to harness the power of social media to meet business objectives. Prior to Converseon, Chris led the Social Media Management service at Accenture, where he also advised clients in digital marketing and online product development. His work has been featured by industry researchers and journalists including Forrester and Gartner, and he founded SocialMediaGovernance.com, the foremost resource on governance in social media. Chris is co-author of The Social Media Management Handbook, and he has helped leading global corporations including Altana Pharma AG, Bank of America, Boeing, eBay, Kodak and Microsoft.

 

Jasper SnyderJasper Snyder, Vice President of Conversation Mining, oversees all listening and research efforts for clients. He has ten years of research experience across the consumer and B2B sectors. Before joining Converseon he was Client Services Manager at BuzzBack Market Research and prior to this was Head of Primary Research for Datamonitor (Technology) in London. Jasper holds a degree in Law and French Law from the London School of Economics and a Master's in Tax Law from Queen Mary, University of London.

 

ConstantinConstantin Basturea, Senior Director of New Media Strategies, directs the creation and implementation of comprehensive engagement strategies for Converseon's Fortune 500 clients. Constantin is the founder of the NewPR Wiki, a founding fellow of the Society for New Communications Research, and a member of WOMMA's Membership Ethics Advisory Panel. He holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from University of Miami. Prior to coming to the United States, Constantin worked as an assistant to the President's Advisor for Nonprofit Organizations in his home country, Romania.

 

Ted UlleTed Ulle, Senior Search Analyst, is a pioneer in search marketing, entering this emerging field in 1996 on a foundation of twenty years as a turn-around specialist in multi-channel retail marketing. Ted's expertise in organic search optimization is enhanced by additional strengths in information architecture, website usability, and technical marketing copy.
