Converseon was founded in 2001, when the technologies that eventually became social media first emerged on the Web.

Converseon is a full-service, global, award-winning digital consultancy with a long history of innovation and success that helps our clients succeed through socially-intelligent, transformative and proven solutions.

While our mission remains constant — to provide the world’s best social-driven insights and data and help integrate them into our client’s organizations to take meaningful action — how we get there changes.

Some pundits say social is dead, as they move on to the next shiny new thing. We see the opposite. We believe in an expansive definition of social where the voice of the customer is deeply embedded into all key parts of organizations, from product development, to customer journeys, to co-marketing and much, much more.

For many organizations, their “social” journey has just begun. There is a long way to go.
