Challenge

One of the largest Fast Food restaurants in the world was immersed in a range of crises and issues stemming from Covid and other external factors. It needed to understand not just its own ESG measures (including labor relations and environment), but also what the perceptions of those issues impact was its business – including sales. Knowing this, would help prioritize investments and actions. They needed to understand not just “sentiment” but the value of perceptions.

Solution

Conversus PRISM analyzed brand rankings of 20 competitors across 42 ESG brand attributes and modeled sales revenue outcomes based on investment actions taken in specific areas. It scored the brand versus all its key competitors across dozens of brand perception metrics.
